Fiber Balls

These "fiber balls" are rich in fiber, protein and are vegan AND gluten free. They taste like candy, good luck only having one! See below for complete nutritional information of the ingredients!


  • 1 package medjool dates (pitted)

  • 2 cups walnuts

  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1 cup hemp seeds


  1. Cut up dates into small chunks and place in a food processor with the walnuts

  2. Blend - but be careful! If you have a small food processor, you might want to put in half of the recipe in first, take out then do the other half.

  3. After blended, add the cacao and the maple syrup to the food processor and blend again until completely mixed.

  4. Roll into small balls

  5. Put hemp seeds in a large bowl and cover the balls with the hemp seeds completely

  6. Place the balls on a plate or Tupperware container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  7. Serve and enjoy!
